What is Attention Autism®?
Attention Autism® is a practical, engaging approach that develops attention, communication and social interaction for children.
This 2-day Foundation Level course is designed for professionals supporting children with speech, language and communication needs.
You’ll gain hands-on experience and practical tools to deliver motivating, structured sessions that improve engagement and learning outcomes.
What You’ll Learn
Day 1
Stages 1 & 2: Building Attention and Engagement
Understanding the Attention Autism® framework and its four stages
Learning how to create irresistible, visually supported activities
Practising delivery of attention-building sessions that sustain focus
Day 2
Stages 3 & 4: Shifting Attention and Interaction
Encouraging shared attention and turn-taking
Supporting transitions and managing group attention
Developing social communication through structured play and activities
Creating and adapting resources for your own setting
Certification
All participants receive the Attention Autism® Foundation Level Certificate on completion.
